As we begin a new Chakra Alignment Cycle, we are moving into a different phase of business growth.

The last cycle focused on expansion.🪜

We looked at visibility, ownership, creativity, direction, trust, and the foundations needed to support growth.

After expansion comes an important question:

→ Can the business operate smoothly without depending on you for everything?

Many founders reach a stage where growth is happening, customers are coming in, and opportunities are increasing.

Yet behind the scenes, everything still runs through them.

Every decision, every follow-up, every process, every problem.🙆🏽‍♀️

At first, this feels responsible, but over time, it becomes exhausting.

That is not a growth issue, but usually a systems issue.

This week, we’re focusing on the Root Chakra - the centre of stability, structure, and long-term support in business.🧱

When the Root remains underdeveloped, growth often creates more pressure.

When the Root evolves, growth creates more freedom.

Take a sheet of paper and list:

3 things that stop completely when you stop working
3 things someone else could already handle
3 things that need clearer documentation

This simple exercise quickly reveals where your business is still dependent on you and where it is becoming more resilient.🙂💯

🍡1 Technique: The Repeatability Test🍡

Choose one task you perform regularly.

It could be:

onboarding clients
posting content
sending proposals
following up with leads

Now write down every step involved - start to finish for this task

If another person could follow those steps successfully, you have a system.

If they cannot, you have knowledge that still lives only in your head.

→ Freedom begins when knowledge becomes process.🧱🔱
