Edition #188
Hello Ladies! 👋
As founders, we’re constantly searching for answers.
How do I grow? How do I attract more customers? What’s the next opportunity? How do I increase revenue?
Over the years, while building businesses and speaking with hundreds of women founders, I’ve noticed something interesting. Our biggest breakthroughs rarely come from finding better answers. More often, they come from asking ourselves better questions.
When we’re deeply involved in our own business, it’s easy to become attached to familiar ways of thinking. We stop questioning our assumptions, overlook changing customer needs and sometimes miss opportunities that have been right in front of us all along.
This is not an information issue, but it’s a perspective issue.
As we continue our Evolve journey, we arrive at the Third Eye Chakra, the centre of insight, reflection and strategic thinking.
Its reminder this week is beautifully simple.
Insights Drive Strategy
Evolve the Third Eye
The strongest founders aren’t the ones who always have the right answers.
→ They’re the ones who regularly pause, reflect and challenge their own thinking, even when things seem to be **working well.**💪🏽
Sometimes, the opportunity you’re searching for isn’t something new to discover.
→ It’s something you’ve stopped noticing because you’ve become so familiar with your own business.
So before rushing into your next decision or launching that next campaign, take a moment to ask yourself:
→ What might I be overlooking simply because I’ve become too familiar with my own business🤔
Let’s go ahead and Evolve the Third Eye by diving into this week’s signature 1 Tip - 1 Tool - 1 Technique, helping you uncover the insights that lead to better decisions.🙂💙🤲🏽
❓1 Tip: Question Your Assumptions❓
The biggest risk isn’t always making the wrong decision.
→ Sometimes it’s making decisions based on assumptions you haven’t questioned in a long time.
Pause this week and challenge one belief about your business.
What if the opposite were true?☯️
Fresh thinking often begins with one honest question.
🔥Hot Tip: Sit with your journal, diary, plain paper, google docs/ sheet, or even a canvas to draw out what comes to mind this weekend for this belief. Continue and do the same for the Tool part below!
🔍1 Tool: The Blind Spot Audit🔍
Take ten quiet minutes and write down your answers to these questions:
What keeps repeating in my business?
Where am I spending time without meaningful results?
What feedback have I ignored?
If I were starting this business today, what would I do differently?
Often, your biggest opportunity is hiding inside a pattern you’ve stopped noticing.📦🧧
🧭1 Technique: The CEO Reflection Hour🧭
Block one uninterrupted hour in your calendar this week.
No meetings, no emails, no notifications.
Just you, your business and a notebook.😍⛲
Permit yourself to think before you act.
The best strategic decisions are rarely made when you’re busy.
They’re made when you finally create space to reflect.⌛

The most valuable insight isn’t always the one that gives you an answer.
Sometimes it’s the one that changes the question you’re asking.
So this week, create a little space to reflect before you rush to respond.
Because when your perspective evolves, your strategy naturally follows, and that’s how your intuition and foresight grow too!☯️🔥
Let’s Evolve the Third Eye this week by asking better questions, seeing new possibilities and making more thoughtful decisions.
