As founders, it’s easy to become consumed by what’s immediately in front of us.

The next customer - the next launch - the next deadline - the next opportunity - the next collab/ partnership.

Before we know it, we’re working incredibly hard but rarely stopping to ask ourselves where all that effort is actually leading.🙆🏽‍♀️

Over the years, I’ve noticed that founders rarely struggle because they lack motivation. More often, they struggle because they’ve become so busy building their business that they’ve stopped creating direction and expansion space for it.

This is not a productivity issue, but a core direction issue. 🧱

As we reach the final edition of our Evolve journey, we arrive at the Crown Chakra, the centre of purpose, perspective and long-term thinking.

Because when your direction is clear, decisions become easier.

Distractions become easier to ignore.

And your business begins moving with far greater intention and most importantly, direction! ↗️

Imagine it is exactly one year from today and your business has had its best year yet. ✨

Now work backwards and ask yourself:

→ What had to happen for that year to become possible?

→ Which priorities, goals, partnerships, collaborations and decisions helped you get there?

→ What can you begin moving towards today?
